Hubby and i have arrived at last in denver after a three-day cross-country trek by car, dodging blizzards the whole way. Yay! We are now completely covered in fur and cat drool and the dust of the road.

Hubby is the best for driving and letting me sleep fitfully underneath a heavy loaf of cat. And as I type this he is watching the Giants and the Patriots with Dad and making him laugh with stories about strange New Zealand insects.

So good to see Dad. So good to be home.
